Telefonszolgálatunk a Nemzeti Erőforrás Minisztérium háttérintézményének, a Nemzeti Család- és Szociálpolitikai Intézetnek egyik főosztálya.
A hozzátartozók közötti erőszak (párkapcsolati erőszak, a gyermekbántalmazás, illetve a háztartáson belül a rokonok, családtagok által elkövetett erőszak), a prostitúció és emberkereskedelem áldozatainak megsegítésével foglalkozik.
Az Országos Kríziskezelő és Információs Telefonszolgálat a nap 24 órájában ingyenesen elérhető 06-80-20-55-20-as telefonszámon.

About us
Our Service operates as an integrated part of the National Institute of Family and Social Policy that is a background institution of the Ministry of National Resource.
It supports victims in cases of violence (violence in relationships, child abuse, domestic violence by anybody within the household by any family members or relatives), human trade or prostitution.
The National Crisis Telephone Information Service can be reached from any location in Hungary in a 24/7 schedule, via a toll-free number.

Über uns
Unser Telefondienst ist eine Hauptabteilung der Nationalen Familien- und Sozialpolitischen Anstalt, die ein Institut vom Nationalen Ressourcen Ministerium ist.
Er beschäftigt sich mit der Hilfeleistung für die Opfer der Gewalt zwischen Familienangehörigen (Gewalt in der Beziehung, Kindermissbrauch, häusliche Gewalt, begangen von Verwandten oder Familienangehörigen), der Prostitution, des Menschenhandels.
Der Landestelefondienst für Krisenmanagement und Informationen ist aus Ungarn rund um die Uhr kostenlos unter der Telefonnummer 06-80-20-55-20 erreichbar.
